1. Introduction

Welcome to Arifel Epoxy Floors. We specialize in professional epoxy flooring services for residential, commercial, and garage spaces. Our expertise includes epoxy coatings, flake flooring systems, metallic epoxy, and custom flooring solutions. We proudly serve the counties of Lee, Collier, and Charlotte in Florida. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website. By hiring our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• All initial estimates provided online or by phone are preliminary and indicative.
• A final estimate requires a physical on-site inspection.
• Changes in the project or unexpected site conditions may affect the final price.
• Estimates issued after an on-site inspection are valid for 3 business days.
• To secure the quoted price, estimates must be confirmed and deposits paid within that period.

3. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon signing the service agreement.
• The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon project completion.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Zelle, Cash, ACH, Checks.
• Checks must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled installation. Service will not begin until the check is validated. Returned checks will incur additional fees.

4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

• Project schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, material delays, labor shortages).
• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a $150 rescheduling fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Clients may reschedule once at no cost if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Any additional rescheduling will incur a $150 fee per occurrence.

5. Promotions and Special Offers

• Promotions and special offers are valid for a limited time and subject to availability.
• Specific terms and expiration dates will be clearly stated in promotional materials.
• Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Arifel Epoxy Floors reserves the right to modify promotions and determine who qualifies for discounts or promotional offers.

6. Complaints and Resolution

• Complaints must be submitted through our website; a ticket number will be assigned.
• Complaints will be addressed and resolved within 30 business days.

7. Warranty and Liability

• Any service-related issue or claim covered by warranty must be submitted through our website. Arifel Epoxy Floors has 30 business days to resolve the issue.
• Warranty terms and durations are outlined in the signed service agreement.
• Arifel Epoxy Floors is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors.

8. Conditions of Use and Online Services

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when scheduling appointments or requesting online estimates.
• Online estimates are indicative; a binding estimate requires on-site verification.
• Misuse, fraudulent submissions, or unethical activity on the online platform may result in service denial and legal action.
• All appointments scheduled online are tentative until confirmed by Arifel Epoxy Floors.

9. Website and Service Use

• Ethical and lawful use is mandatory.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of website content is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy
